Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated by reference into the Hund Master Subscription Agreement ("MSA") and governs the use of all services ("Services") provided by Hund, LLC ("we", "us", "our", or "Hund"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to engage in, foster, or promote illegal, abusive, or irresponsible behavior, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal Activities: Any use of the Services for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities.
  • Harmful Content: Distributing content that is fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or promotes hatred or violence.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Creating, downloading, possessing, or distributing any content that exploits or abuses minors.
  • Terrorist or Extremist Content: Hosting or disseminating content in furtherance of terrorist or violent extremist activities.
  • Infringement of Rights: Infringing on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Security Violations: Gaining unauthorized access to any system or network, or attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network.
  • Network Abuse: Any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of any system or network, including introducing malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, or mail bombing.
  • Spam and Unsolicited Communications: Sending unsolicited bulk email, promotions, or other forms of duplicative or unsolicited messages.
  • Export-Controlled or Regulated Data: Uploading data subject to ITAR, EAR, or other export-control regimes without all required authorisations.
  • High-Risk Activities: Using the Services for operations where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage (e.g., life-support systems, critical infrastructure).

Service Usage Limits

You may not consume an unreasonable amount of system resources. If your usage of the Services places an excessive burden on our systems or negatively impacts the service for other users, we may place restrictions on your use of the Services.

Enforcement

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to investigate any violation of this AUP or misuse of the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate this AUP. We may also report any activity that we suspect violates any law or regulation to appropriate law enforcement officials, regulators, or other appropriate third parties.

If you believe that any user is violating this AUP, please contact us immediately at abuse@hund.io.

Changes to this Policy

We may modify this AUP at any time by posting a revised version on our website. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any modifications to this AUP, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.
